| The parent company of Mosier International; George O. Mosier International, was formed in the United States in 1989. Prior to forming the company, George had many years experience in world wide export sales and marketing. Many customers of Mosier International have been doing business with George for over 30 years. |

| In 1998, George's son James became a business partner and a new company; Mosier International was formed. Susan, James' wife, joined the company as Controller in 2003. |
